The Tribe Woden Thor can bring, to your class or assembly, a group of dedicated and knowledgeable historical reenactors. We are prepared to discuss, in overview or in detail, a wide range of topics from the Medieval time period. From the start of the Viking Age with the attack on Lindisfarne Monastery in 793 up through the Crusades into the Middle East and Eastern Europe in the 1200's.

We are experienced, several members of our organization have been doing school, seminar, and library style shows annually since 1997.

We don't lecture, we provide an experience that gets the participants up and involved in experiencing history in a way that leaves a lasting impression

We are prepared to teach and discuss all aspects of life during these times. From the daily trudge of the serf to the courts and halls of Kings and Popes. We can bring hands on demonstrations of the clothing worn, food eaten, medicine and healthcare, common occupations, and, our biggest draw, an extensive collection of period armor and weapons. We even offer a show including live, full contact, combat demonstrations carried out between our members. Let your group pick their champion and cheer for him to defeat his challenger.

Our knowledge comes from years of research. Knowledge gained through both reading and studying, and through living the process of experimental archeology. We share real history with our audience, not Hollywood fantasy.

We will tailor our program to meet your needs. Do you need several, class period long shows, or do you need one, several hour coverage of the people and period. We are willing to set our program with the features and information you desire to bring your classroom or meeting. We are experienced at working either inside, or in an outdoor setting.
